Ministry at WMC
We believe that Jesus and his teaching are the foundation that all of ministry is built on. Our life as a church can only bear fruit and make a lasting impact in our world when we are connected with Jesus and following his way (John 15:4-11). Jesus calls us to a life of growing spiritually in worship, prayer, discipleship, and service to others through hospitality, outreach, and mission. This takes form in our ministry structure as a church, which includes our leadership team, paid staff, ministry teams, huddles, and coordinators
